Dan Wagener is an editor and writer with experience in healthcare, mental health, and prescription drug use and misuse. He was previously a senior web content editor at American Addiction Centers, where he edited and wrote content on drug misuse and addiction treatment. He has also worked as a government contractor for the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, and at the American Academy of PAs (physician assistants) and the Center for American Progress, a political think tank.
