Metabolic Matcha
Ingredients
- 3-4 ice cubes
- 8-10oz of almond milk (unsweetened)
- 1 tsp of matcha powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 scoop collagen powder
Process
- Blend with a milk frother in the glass.
- Add ice
Tip:
- Optional: Sonja likes adding a little PB fit to give it a hint of a peanut butter taste! I usually add 1 tablespoon.
