Ingredients
Serving = 1 serving
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 1 tbsp nut butter
- 1/3 banana
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup nut milk of choice
- 2 scoops protein powder
Process
- Combine everything in a high-speed blender. Blend and enjoy!
Tips:
- If your blender is not high speed, blend the spinach and nut milk first. This will help prevent any large pieces of spinach.
- You want a total of at least 25 grams of protein
- If the protein powder is too sweet, I like 1 scoop flavored + 1 scoop unflavored (like collagen peptides)
- If you are hungry in less than 4 hours, increase your protein and fat next time you make this smoothie
