Cold Brew Coffee Smoothie
The secret ingredient is what makes this cold brew smoothie so creamy and delicious! Surprise - it’s cauliflower!
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup cold brew coffee
- 1/4 c almond milk
- 1-2 servings of chocolate or vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 a small frozen banana
- 1 c frozen riced cauliflower
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1-2 tbsp almond or cashew butter
Process
- Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender
Tips:
- You want a total of at least 25 grams of protein
- If the protein powder is too sweet, I like 1 scoop flavored + 1 scoop unflavored (like collagen peptides)
- If you are hungry in less than 4 hours, increase your protein and fat next time you make this smoothie
