Nicola Bridges is an award-winning writer and editor covering health and wellness, travel, celebrity, and women’s lifestyle. While writing is her passion, she has deep experience as an editorial director and media executive. Nicola has been the editor-in-chief of Working Mother magazine, Prevention.com, HealthGuru and RealAge, and held roles as content director across many sectors, including daily news and business, at the BBC, NBCU/iVillage, Hearst, Rodale, DrOz.com, TheBiggestLoser.com, and Sharecare. Her writing has appeared in many national publications, including Parade and People magazines, The Philadelphia Inquirer, New York Post, Boston Globe, Minnesota Star Tribune, Dallas News, and The San Diego Union-Tribune. Nicola founded and ran her nonprofit Capability Ranch Activities & Events Center for Special Needs Youth & Young Adults for six years on her ranch in Southern California, and is currently studying for a Master of Science in Aging Studies.
